Mr. Qingfeng Yang, born in 1975, certified supervision engineer, certified cost engineer and certified safety engineer, now is working for Dagang Oilfield Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd. as chief supervision engineer of Dagang Oilfield Third Oil Plant.

Since 2000, Mr. Qingfeng Yang has participated in the supervision work of PetroChina North China Petrochemical Company Reforming and Hydrotreating Project, West to East Pipeline Project, Fujian LNG Storage Tank Project, Northeast Sichuan to Northwest Sichuan Pipeline Project, Zhuhai 2 Billion RMB Reconstruction and Extension Project. He cooperated with American Global Project Consulting Company and Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I). He has accumulated rich experience in supervising the manufacturing and installation of Oil & Gas Pipeline Project and Station Process Pipeline Project.

Mr. Yueling Zhang, born in 1974, an expert of nondestructive test (NDT), possessed several qualification certificates for special equipments issued by China Quality & Technology Inspection Bureau. Certificates including: radiographic testing (RT) Level III,  ultrasonic testing (UT) Level III, time of flight diffraction (TOFD) Level II,  magnetic testing (MT) Level III and penetrant testing (PT) Level III.

Mr. Yueling Zhang is the local forerunner of metal material testing. He established the local earliest metal material testing lab in 2000. He and his team have been actived in pipeline testing service for many years to help the customers set up their internal quality testing system. Their professionalism and independence have been wined the trust of all customers. Now his lab can complete metal material element detection, tensile testing, impact testing, metallographic analysis and all the NDT testing.
