The following stainless steel tube sheet is produced by our factory for a domestic pressure vessel manufacturer, the material is austenitic stainless steel S30403. Outside diameter of the largest tube sheet is 2495mm, thickness is 75mm, quantity is 4 pieces. Manufacturing standard is Chinese standard NB/T 47010-2017 stainless steel forgings for pressure equipment. All the tube sheets are forged by plate blanks. After forged forming, solution heat treated, perform ultrasonic UT testing after rough turning, meet the requirements of three-level forgings stipulated in the standard. Tube sheet is drilled by CNC high-speed drilling machine. Delivery time is 40 days.
